SPORK si master logo karakter from 99D

SPORK atau ML Jarmin kependekan dari Mark lester jarmin lahir City of Smiles begitu istilah dia, Philippines bergabung dng 99D sejak 5 tahun yang lalu, mengaku dirinya seorang penyuka ZombieGeek, punya prestasi yang cukup mengkilap di 99D seperti tertera di bawah ini :

walaupun ada sedikit yang aneh karena levelnya kok masih level 1.. hehehe ,
entah karena sebab apa sudah satu tahun ini ia fakum dari zona 99D, beliau adalah salah satu sosok designer yang saya kagumi, berdasarkan hasil karyanya yang banyak menginsfirasi para designer lain, bahkan tak jarang karyanya di daur ulang oleh designer lain di berbagai lomba bahkan sampai saat ini. mungkin karena itulah dia pernah mengajukan protes ke 99D tapi tidak mendapat tanggapan yang memuaskan: berikut beberapa percakapan spork di 99D deigner blog :

Your wonderfully multi-talented and diverse community of designers is what makes 99designs and at the same time there are what you call “pseudo and copycat people calling themselves designers/illustrators” that will break you. You take light or even no action at the reports at all. Even if you have removed/suspended the reported entry or the designer, they can always comeback and even create a new entry and account. No wonder we go below our professionalism level just to take actions by our own hands.

I am dismayed by your lack of action on contest entries and repeating offenders. You do not have a dispute system that the fellow designers can judge. These offenders has no warning for violations on their profile that is why they keep on repeating their actions.

I love 99designs and it’s what made me. it’s the “pseudo 99designers” that I don’t like.

I guess it’s time to bid farewell. I had a great time, earned alot, met good friends and clients.

I know 99designs has been a big success for you and I am sorry you are feeling so frustrated.
We do take action against people who violate the rules at 99designs – we suspend and ban designers from the community every day. Any flagrant offender is banned immediately when brought to my attention – and I am sure other designers will verify this. I have even done this for you.
We are not always going to agree and the dispute system is not perfect nor will it ever be…all systems can and will be exploited.
All I can promise you and everyone else is we will continue to be vigilant… and continue to improve 99designs and overcome the challenges that we face as we grow opportunities for designers.
As far as people imitating other designer’s style…
There is definitely a fine line between inspiration and copying… and in a competitive environment it is easy to understand why tensions run so high.That being said – it very easy to lose perspective… we all imitate and learn from each other and this is nothing new to the creative arena.

well terlepas dari hal apapun tetap 99D adalah sebuah situs terbesar yang di paforitkan oleh Contest Holder dan para designer. saya yakin  99D akan selalu berbenah untuk terus menjadi web penjual Logo yang profesional dan bertanggung jawab atas barang daganganya, terbukti dengan banyanya designer handal dikeluarkan bahkan sekelas designer.............. senior pun banyak yang kena banned, itu menunjukan bahwa 99D semakin serius, untuk maju, semakin tegas dan semakin berkualitas..
